Order optimization: Calculate materials usage, optimize and manage orders and markers

Order optimization with all parameters: each optimization procedure takes sizes, colors, lots and other values into consideration. The CAD style name is also stored. Order optimization is carried out with relation to markers and data for ply height and table length. Marker laying can be carried out from Autocost directly in Automarker in an automated procedure.
Analysis and evaluation: the order value is clearly displayed when the relevant cost parameters are entered. The Autocost program then displays the total material requirements, the total average usage per piece and the exact and average usage per color. The calculation of the total length of the marker layouts offers you an overview of the efficiency of the plotter.
Material report and spreading instructions: these reports are generated as PDF files, which can easily be e-mailed to producers. The spreading instruction is the ideal working document for cutting. By entering the exact spreading instruction and sequence of steps, the ordering customer specifies how procedures are to run in the production plants and thus retains quality control at the beginning of the production chain.
